    If you require additional help, you can open a Customer Support Ticket.  Various numbers of incidence support tickets are included with the different product and support packages. Additional incidence support tickets can be purchased at any time.

    Every ticket has a unique text identity code that is used to track and identify a specific support issue within the customer support system.  This number will be included in all email and correspondence issued by Storefront relating to this issue, and should be included in any reply or related correspondence or email. This facilitates automated ticket tracking and allows us to deliver a faster and higher quality of service.
