Fulfillment Utilities
Storefront's Centralized Workflow Platform includes a set of web interfaces to facilitate web-based distributed fulfillment operations.
These fulfillment applications exist within the SFOS web application environment, and are accessible using any modern web browser.
These web-based fulfillment utilities operate in tandem with any automated processing agents such as PID, PhotoLab or the Minilab Output Driver.
The Centralized Workflow Platform's web based distributed fulfillment utilities allow staff to:
- View - Orders flow in from the various sales channels into a single workflow.
- Print - Work orders and invoices can be viewed on-screen or printed.
- Cancel - Staff can cancel orders triggering automated refund processing and reverse logistics.
- Produce - The fulfillment utilities allow staff to download and process orders.
- Reroute - Orders can be rerouted to alternative production facilities.
- Resubmit - Orders can be resubmitted for reprinting with the click of a button.
- Indentify - Staff can easily identify orders by Order ID or by using a barcode scanner.
- Audit - A detailed order history provides a complete audit trail of all activity.
- Access - This system can be accessed and managed remotely over the Internet.
